Bend Pool & Spa was founded by Clare Langford, owner of AmeriSpec Inspection Services and former owner of Contra Costa Pool Service in the Bay Area. At Contra Costa Pool Service, Clare built and managed a company that serviced more than 350 residential and commercial pools and spas. He has also been a licensed home inspector in Bend since 2016 and a licensed contractor in the state of Oregon, giving him a deep understanding of residential construction and quality building practices.
Recognizing the growing demand for high-quality pools in Central Oregon, Clare recruited longtime industry veteran Jim Parlette out of retirement to lead pool construction. Jim was the founding member and President of Quality Pool and Construction Inc. in the Bay Area and brings decades of experience designing and building custom pools.
